Las Vegas and B. B. King

Terry likes to play on the slot machines. Because of this, she gets invited to come to various casinos for a free stay. Buffalo Bill's Casino was nice enough to offer her a weekend at their resort.

Terry liked the idea of playing the slot machines, but Andy was very excitied to learn that they would be able to attend a live concert to see B. B. King at Buffalo Bill's. So, on the day after Christmas, off they went to Primm, Nevada.

The B. B. King concert began at 8 pm At the Star of the Desert Arena inside Buffalo Bill's Casino. Andy and Terry got to spend two full hours listening to eighty-four year-old blues guitar legend, B. B. King, talk, sing, and play. It was a memorable evening. It was great to see him while he is still able to perform.

After the show, of course, Terry had to spend some time on the slot machines.
With Andy's help, she quits while she is still winning.

The following day they decided to drive in to Las Vegas to see the brand new City Center complex which just opened last week. It is located between the Monte Carlo and the Bellagio Hotels.

The City Center is a complex of very new, very modern hotels, casinos, restaurants, and art exhibits.

It's so large it's easy to lose your way as you wander from building to building. Here are some shots of the glass and steel complex.
